1. Prerequisites:
The contract must be signed after a quotation has been received or it is based on our price list. For the different packages which we offer, please see our respective web site and our price list. For a "Budget Site" we must have received the provided registration form.
2. Price:
Please enter in the following line the price from the quotation or from our price list.

3. Brief description of the requested design:

4. Design:
Design will only start after the signed contract has been received. This signed contract assures that you have accepted all contract points.
5. Schedule:
international trading company will spend all efforts to meet confirmed deadlines.
The customer will have a maximum of five days for proofreading and corrections. If we do not receive your approval back within this period we assume that everything is correct and we will
complete the work and invoice you.
6. Payment:
Unless otherwise defined full payment must be received immediately after the work has been completed. Completed means the site has been transferred to the server of your Internet provider and has been registered with the selected search engines. Payment must be received within 10 business days after invoice date by cheque, money order or in
cash. Sorry, we can't accept credit card payments through telephone or Internet.
We will charge an interest rate of 2% per month for overdue accounts.
Non payment will cause deletion of the site and legal actions.
A fee of $30.00 will be charged for NSF cheques.
7. Ownership of the site:
After full payment has been received the site is property of the customer. However, legal actions will be taken if the site is copied and used without payment.
8. Contract duration:
Unless otherwise defined the contract for advertising in our web site or data base is valid for one year. No refunds will be granted if the customer decides to step out earlier. It will be automatically extended for another year if cancellation has not been received 30 days prior to this date.
9. Warranty:
Mistakes or errors caused by us, will be corrected immediately without charge.
10. Maintenance/updates:
We want to establish a long lasting and successful business relationship with our customers. To achieve this task, we will offer to incorporate required changes and updates for very fair prices.
We will always tell you our charges before we start updating your site.
11. Disclaimer:
international trading company, respective itc webdesigns are not responsible for the following:
• the content (this will be provided by the
customer)
• any damages caused by untrue or false statements received from the customer.
• the time required by search engines between registration and actual availability of the site. However, we will check the progress of registrations regularly.
• we reserve the right to refuse any content which can be considered as offensive or illegal.
• for any violation of copyright by material forwarded by the customer.
• for the economical success of the customers site.
• the customer does not own the server space where the site is placed.
